RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to our customers and staff. Daily duties will include but not limited to:

Managing Incoming Customer Requests - answering and directing phone calls, emails and website inquires

Managing our Companies General Admin Activities - Assisting with Bookkeeping, Manage and Running Payroll
-
Assist in Employee and Sub-Trade Scheduling
-
Maintain Contact List and Customer Inquiries
-
Keep track of ordering, inventory and deliveries
-
Handle Marketing and Social Media
-
Assist with Home Staging, Interior Design Set Ups or Take Downs
-
Assist with new Home Selections and Materials
-
Provide General Support to President & Vice-President

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
-
Has experience in bookkeeping (knowledge of Wave Accounting System Preferred)
-
Experienced and comfortable working unsupervised
-
Knowledge of Dropbox, Adobe and Mac Systems
-
Excellent Time Management and Communication Skills
-
Attention to Detail
-
Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to Multi-Task
-
Can travel to La Salette, ON (Option to work from Home on Occasion)

ROLE DETAILS & COMPENSATION
-
Part-Time with the Potential to transition into Full-Time
-
Compensation Based off Experience: $16-$20 per hour

Preference will be given to those with interest in the Design or Construction industry
