RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting our team to complete aspects of new home construction and full renovations. We are looking for candidates that are knowledgable in one or more of the following areas:

• Flooring and tile installation, preparation, grouting and caulking

• Finish Carpentry

• Fences and Deck Installations

• Concrete Driveways and Pads

• Drywall, Mud and Taping to Standards

• Construction Rough In Knowledge

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Has experience in different aspects of residential construction - new home & renovations

• Experienced and comfortable working with the majority of hand and power tools, unsupervised

• Has basic hand and/or power tools (preferred - not required)

• Always operates in a clean and safe manner, following job site safety rules and regulations

• Able to take direction and constructive criticism

• Willingness to work as a team and share skills and techniques

• Punctual and able to meet deadlines

• Valid Drivers Licence and experience towing a trailer

• Capable of heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time

• Able to lift 80+ lbs. unassisted

• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, humid, cold and wet conditions

• Able to work past normal hours on occasion - if required

• Willingness to Travel around Norfolk County, Woodstock and Brantford. Or to shop in La Salette, Ontario

ROLE DETAILS & COMPENSATION

• Full-Time: 40+ Hours per week

• Compensation Based off Experience: $17-25 per hour
