Our Port Dover Reno was one for the books. This family had this home built 40+ years ago, and had come to the conclusion that it was time to give it a little facelift, in which they trusted the Cedar Lane Team to do this.

Our team took the kitchen, hallway and bathroom back to studs and took out a wall dividing the kitchen and living room area, to allow for an airy open concept feeling. All new drywall was put in, and lighting locations were relocated and added, to help assist in brightening up the interior. We ripped out the green carpet through-out and laid down luxury vinyl plank flooring to provide a clean modern look. All new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry was installed, as well as a peninsula to provide extra seating.The clients opted for a tiled stand up shower, that is closed off with glass, as well as extra cabinetry in the bathroom for storage.
