RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist our team leaders to complete aspects of new home construction and full renovations. We are looking for candidates that willing to learn in one or more of the following areas:

• Flooring and tile installation, preparation, grouting and caulking

• Finish Carpentry

• Fences and Deck Installations

• Concrete Driveways and Pads

• Drywall, Mud and Taping to Standards

• Construction Rough In Knowledge

• Brings a positive energy to site & a willing to learn

• Comfortable learning how to use hand and power tools

• Always operates in a clean and safe manner, following job site safety rules and regulations

• Able to take direction and constructive criticism

• Willingness to work as a team or individually

• Punctual and able to meet deadlines

• Valid Drivers Licence

• Capable of heavy lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time

• Able to lift 80+ lbs. unassisted

• Comfortable working outdoors in hot, humid, cold and wet conditions

• Able to work past normal hours on occasion - if required

• Willingness to Travel around Norfolk County, Woodstock, Brantford and Kitchener. Or to shop in La Salette, Ontario

ROLE DETAILS & COMPENSATION

• Full-Time: 40+ Hours per week

• Compensation Based off Experience: $17-22 per hour
